Get to know me
Hi, I’m Shannon.
In the years since earning my master’s at Columbia, I’ve worked in diverse roles across fields ranging from substance use treatment to fintech. I left a job in tech recruiting at a hedge fund to start my practice so I could better align my professional life with my personal goal of helping people lead better, happier lives.
Having spent time in a highly competitive and performance-oriented workplace, I understand the pressure my clients are under to be excellent at their jobs while maintaining fulfilling personal lives. This is a lot for any one person to juggle, and it’s normal to need help striking a balance.
In my practice, I have worked with investment bankers, actors, startup founders, law students, software engineers, fashion buyers, and a number of professionals from other fields. Together we will gain insight into the challenges you are facing and create a clear path toward solutions.
